[mythtv-users] PVR350 - Tuner Output stopped working

I've had that happen before. In my case, it was because I am using the
tuner input but using an external serial channel changer. What I had
to do to fix it was turn off the external channel changer, restart the
backend, change to channel 3, re-enable the external channel changer,
restart the backend, and I was good to go. Try unloading/reloading
modules and restarting processes to see if it comes around.
