What I did, and not sure if this is the recommended
solution was to have mythsetup scan for channels in
the channel edotor and then put the xmltv ID from the
zap2it channels into the scanned channels and
unchecked the visible box in the zap2it channels then
ran mythfilldatabase again.  Kind of a PITA but it
worked.
