Ah, hadn't considered that. Yeah, its very tailored to an EPIA. Sounds like
maybe DSL is indeed a better option.

I don't have a clue, haven't actually used it. My EPIA is running FC3 at the
moment, off a 10GB laptop HD, so I didn't worry much about space.
As for Myth on DSL, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't run on it, once
you've got all the necessary bits in place. How much work getting said bits
in place would be, I haven't a clue. In that respect, MiniMyth would
obviously be easier if you can adapt it for your hardware, since the Myth
part of the equation is already taken care of.
If I were installing on a CF card, I'd probably use Debian or Fedora myself,
building the system up in a chroot on another machine, then rsync it onto the
flash card when appropriately trimmed, but that's just me. :-)
PS - Dave, don't trim quite so much of the original message, leave enough
context that people don't have to already know the entire thread to
understand what you're talking about...
