[mythtv-users] volume mute until you change channel

Since a fresh install of FC3 and Myth 0.17, when I start live TV there 
is no sound.  As soon as I change the channel once, the sound is fine. 
There are no other sound problems in MythMusic, etc.

This wouldn't be too big a problem itself, but also tv recordings have 
no sound while recording or on playback.

Has anyone seen this problem?  Any help is appreciated.
