[mythtv-users] remote frontend crash doesn't release tuner

Hi,

The other day I had a remote frontend crash while watching live tv. 
When I booted back up I noticed that one of the two tuners in the
backend was still tuned to what I was watching and would not release
the tuner until I rebooted.  Is there anyway that a backend can detect
if a frontend is still on the network and will release a tuner if not?
