Seven, SBS: FEC 2/3, Guard interval 1/8
Nine, ABC, Ten: FEC 3/4, Guard interval 1/16

The guard interval is important as well as the FEC rate.

BTW, as no hierarchy is used here, the inner FEC is irrelevant.
