Hello list.
I am trying to get my PVR-350 working with MythTV-0.17. I'll get
straight to the point.
I can cat /dev/v4l/video0 > test.mpg and replay it back using mplayer
with both video and audio. I'm using basic cable (from the wall jack to
the PVR input) and would like playback directly onto a connected monitor
so I assume my input connection should be Tuner 0.
That said, every other input connection is set to none. Below is my
ivtv output:

So it appears as though ivtv is being loaded properly. Once I select
"Watch TV", the monitor goes blank until I hit 'ESC'. The
mythbacked.log shows a normal stream, displays I'm using Tuner0 along
with the channel I am currently on and the name of the show currently
playing. I can then switch channels just fine according to the logs (I
would be tail -f'ing it on another term). I can schedule recordings
though. They will not play back through MythTV. They will, however,
play back just fine using kmplayer.
Any ideas would be appreciated as to how to resolve this. Thanks a lot.
Regards,
Patrick
