[mythtv-users] Problems with xvid/mpeg4 encoding

I am not scaling the bitrate... it's 2200 kbps/sec even with my
smaller res. This is the built in trascoder, "From MPEG/2" from my
PVR-250 MPEG2 PS output. It is scaling while transcoding, scaling to a
smaller resolution.
