[mythtv-users] Problems with mythweb

I'm having problems accessing mythweb - I get the following errors:

Warning at /var/www/html/mythweb/includes/mythbackend.php, line 102:
fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to 127.0.0.1:6543
(Permission denied)
 
Fatal Error at /var/www/html/mythweb/includes/mythbackend.php, line 32:
Unable to connect to mythbackend, is it running?

My backend is running and my frontend can connect to it on port 6543,
so I'm not sure what else to check.  Any ideas?
