[mythtv-users] XMLTV in Israel

I'm trying to use mythtv in Israel, And I have 3 questions:
1) How can i add Israel to the "XMLTV listing grabber"?
2) How can I add xmltv data manualy?
3) How can I translate mythtv to Hebrew?
