[mythtv-users] Changing channels via firewire on a 3250HD

I have read that you can change the channel on a Motorolla DCT-6200 using
firewire, but I haven't been read anything that says you can or can't do this
on the SA 3250HD.  Does anyone know if this is possible?  If so how do I set
it up.  If not, what is it that keeps it from being possible, lack of software
or something about the box itself?
