[mythtv-users] New wide theme

I have started a new wide format theme for mythtv. I have the main  
menus done. That was the easy part. I have to work on the other  
screens now. That will take longer. I am calling this theme  
GreenFlare-wide. I don't know if I am going to do any custom  
watermarks yet. I used the icons from the Nuvola theme which came  
from www.icon-king.com. Please give feedback if possible.
