Two immediately come to mind - I have both:

Hauppauge Nova-T
Leadtek LR6550*

The Leadtek LR6650 is very hard to get hold of, most are found second hand 
being ex-OEM models supplied with Packard Bell computers. It is slightly 
better than the Nova-T as it allows for RF passthrough -> You can connect 
other devices (VCR, TV, Digibox) to the same aerial without purchasing a 
splitter.

Both cards are very well supported albeit with the *latest* kernels.
