If you configure your MythVideo external video player to be "mplayer",
then yes (mplayer knows how to crack open ISO files and deal with the
contained DVD/VCD image). I use MythVideo in this way.

I don't think *Myth* can handle them itself (see above). I don't think
the "Internal" MythVideo player can deal with ISO images (although if
you mount it over loopback, I think it's designed to deal with the
VOBs).

I don't know; I don't use MythDVD.
