[mythtv-users] TVlive freezes after 2 seconds

What I have done is :
(Fedora) :
chkconfig --level 123456 mythbackend stop
to prevent the loading of mythbackend during the boot
and in rc.local :
/sbin/modprobe ivtv
mythbackend &
This solved my problem definitely.
