Yes. In Search Lists->Movies the views are based on stats. If you
use the PREVVIEW and NEXTVIEW (Home and End by default) it cycles
through All. 4 stars, At least 3 1/2 stars, At least 3 stars and
At least 2 stars. I look at the 4 star list all the time. Most
of the search pages have views. The New Titles page has views for
Movies, Series and Specials which are in your listings for the
first time. All the Search Words pages allow you to cycle through
each of your stored keywords by simply pressing Home and End.

You can do this and much more with the new Custom Record feature.
One of the examples provided is Sci-fi B-movies which searchs
for and records one each of movies that are category Science
fiction with 2 stars or less and a release date before 1970.
