[mythtv-users] apt & mythtv-suite

when trying apt-get install mythdvd it returns:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
mythdvd: Depends: transcode (>= 0.6.8) but it is not going to be
installed
E: Broken packages
also when trying apt-get install mythtv-suite it returns this:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
mythtv-suite: Depends: mythdvd (>= 0.16) but is is not going to be
installed
E: Broken packages
As for my sources.list...
rpm http://apt.atrpms.net redhat/9/en/i386 at-stable
there is also two entries for:
http://ayo.freshrpms.net redhat/9/i386 os
http://ayo.freshrpms.net redhat/9/i386 updates
then another for fedoralegacyupdates...
