Due to it's nice setting, transcode can use that much CPU. It isn't 
supposed to affect other
programs (mythbackend, etc.). It's nice setting of 19 puts it at the 
lowest priority in the
food chain. When everyone else is finished, transcode gets it's CPU 
time.
