 I've been using a MediaMVP as one of my frontends for a few weeks 
and I find it's output quality to be excellent. Better than my main 
frontend which has very good TVout. It's also smaller and quiet which helps
with the WAF :)

 No stuffering issues here.

 I assume by skip forward you mean fast forward and not commerical skipping.
I've had no troubles fast forwarding.

 Wired, wireless for the kind of bitrates we are using for this stuff
would be horrible.
