[mythtv-users] Hauppauge 350 remote: Help

I'm unable to get the remote and ir receiver that came
with my hauppauge 
pvr350  to work.  I've followed the directions to a T,
but when I run 
irw I get nothing.

It seems a few people have had this problem, has
anyone found a 
solution?  I'm using Fedora Core 2.
