[mythtv-users] another question about channel changing with the radio shack 15-2116 remote

I am also having an issue with channel changing with my radio shack
with a pvr350 reveiver and my philips 27 inch tv.  Apparently, it
looks like my tv also accepts the RC-5 protocol.  So when scrolling
through the myth menus using the lirc configs provided by Jarod every
4th time or so I press up or down the channel on the tv changes.  Is
there anyways I can get around this? Because it is really annoying.

Scrolling through the myth OSD menus using the vcr button gives:

Switching over to the tv option on the remote gives the same exact command:

Am I just out of luck or is the only way i can get around it to
reprogram the channel up and channel down commands for the tv to
something else so that when i scroll through the myth menus the tv
doesn't recognize the scrolling command as a channel change?  I would
really like to keep the tv channel changing commands in tact if
possible because I use svideo for my tv input as well as AV1 for my
ps2 and the analog cable channels when my myth box is recording.
