[mythtv-users] mythweb opens download dialog

I have seen similar problems in the past with Debian. There seems to be
something special with the phpmyadmin that it tends to run even when other aps
won't. Sometimes the apt-get process seems to mess up the apache and or php
config files. I seem to be able to reproduce this problem everytime I install
apache-ssl.

The way I have fixed this in the past is to manually check the recommended
setups for php with apache. Generally in the apache configs check your type
settings and also check you have index.php recognized as an index file. Also
check to make sure all your modules are getting loaded.
