[mythtv-users] apt-get dist-upgrade rpm conflicts

I cannot find a similar problem within these lists, so I will post this so
someone can point out what I'm sure will be my obvious blunder.

I have succesfully gone through Jarod's guide once without any trouble, so I
even felt somewhat experienced.

But on this next frontend (using fc2), I get the following at the apt-get
update && apt-get distupgrade step:

[root at localhost root]# apt-get dist upgrade

It would appear that some libs from the kickstart rpm conflict with the rpm
libs themselves. Obviously, I cannot remove rpm, and if I remove kickstart,
I have nothing. So it appears I am stuck, with no way out.

Any thoughts as to what I am overlooking, or is there a previous thread
someone could point me to that I missed that could help?

TIA,

Aaron
