Thanks Phill.  It is an interesting movement.  I think this was a
strategic move on MS's part as they needed guide data for XPMCE, but I
also agree that it is unlikely they will allow MythTV users access to
the data.

Gosh, with their lack of adverts and their openess to the Radio Times
[1] feeds, I am kinda missing paying a TV licence fee like you do in
the UK.

[1] - I am sure the BBC used to produce the Radio Times and hence I
put two and two together to assume that the reason they provide
listings is because folk pay the TV licence???
