[mythtv-users] libexif mythplugins versioning info?

Actually, when I looked at the code I realized a -DNEW_LIB_EXIF=1 would 
force the use of the newer libexif.

So the fix:
 mythplugins]$ ./configure --enable-all --enable-exif
