[mythtv-users] Proper Xorg configuration

Turn on the "Use XV Picture Controls" in the TV Playback settings section
Settings. Once done tweak your XV Settings (outside of MythTV) so the RGB
levels are correct.

OK, now I seem to have a working Xv as well as I also have
blue people ;-(

Anyway the CPU usage went down to a healtier
20-25%, which is about what I expected.

Now I should figure out how to repaint the people with
Xv controls.....
