[mythtv-users] Font Size too Big

I know this has been addressed in the past and after applying the fix,
nothing changed.  After I followed Jarrod's HOWTO (thanks, btw) the fonts
on my screen are too big.  Some are fine, other seem to get cropped (like
the temp with the weather), and the text on the "blue" theme just seems
too big.  I've tried adjust almost every font setting I have seen without
any luck, does myth ever use these?

But that did nothing.  I've rebooted and such, but the problem remains. 
Has anyone else experienced this?
