I don't think mythgame is a standard part installed using the install 
script at  http://bit.blkbk.com/.
I am not sure if this is due to a technical reason that would prevent 
one from installing it manually.
I personnally have not seen the need for mythgame, so I have not played 
with this plugin.
Let me know if you find anything out.
