[mythtv-users] Unichrome DRM Compile Problem

Hi All,

trying to get the epia ready for switching from PVR350 Tv-Out to the
unichrome VGA out.

All the stuff from

http://www.physik.fu-berlin.de/~glaweh/debian

is in place -- and didn't even break anything so far :-) -- but the
drm module won't compile. Wether I try the source package from ~glaweh
or the cvs version, both show this error:

make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/kernel-source-2.6.11'
/usr/src/drm/linux-core/Makefile:285: *** CONFIG_X86_CMPXCHG needs to be
enabled in the kernel. Stop.

I have to admit I didn't look thoroughly, but a quick search in the
kernel options and on google didn't through up anything whatsoever. I
can't even find that option. Is a special kernel needed? Epia patch or
similar? I did hope to get by with a generic debian kernel but will be
happy to recompile.

TIA,

Torsten
