This means that the commercial flagging processing has failed on all
your recordings.

The log messages themselves are fine, but they are indicative of some
kind of problem with commflagging.

Do you have automatic commercial flagging turned on?

If you are having a problem with recording, then that is probably
simply propagating itself later on to commercial flagging, where the
commflagger can't read the corrupted (or whatever) aborted recorded
file.

This happens to me when my HDTV signal conks out for an extended
period of time; my machine records 0 bytes for 30 minutes or whatever,
and then subsequent commflagging fails on those 0-byte files.
