Wow, I feel stupid now, for a future reference and list prosperity I'll put
the fix to the problem out there. I originally moved my mythweb folders
contents to /var/www/html and when I updated the original stayed in there
and the updated version went to /var/www/html/mythweb

That is correct, it means the mythweb being used isn't as up to date
as the backend.  Off hand I'd look to see if the mythweb rpm didn't
install it in a slightly different location than it was previously
installed.

Check /var/www/html/ and see if perhaps the latest version actually
installed to /var/www/html/mythweb/ or something like that.  Other
than that, try removing the mythweb rpm and reinstalling.
