[mythtv-users] Could I have damaged my PVR 150 with the IVTV Drivers?

Although it may sound silly, I've heard that powering off the machine
for a couple minutes before powering on can clear up issues. 
Apparently some settings stay in the NVRAM and need a little bit to
clear out.  I've seen this proposed many times on the IVTV.
