[mythtv-users] setting up a pvr-500 in mythtvsetup.

The PVR-500 shows up to the system as 2 seperate PVT-150s. Each 150
has it's own tuner. Both tuner's indexes start at zero. You should
change your input on the second "150" to be Tuner0 as well. I have a
PVR-250 and a PVR-500 and all of three use 'Tuner0'.
