I have the MCE remote, and I can get it to work "sometimes". I had to
compile LIRC with a special driver from Martin Blatter to even get a
response from it. The problem I face now is that it isn't always on
when I reboot the frontend. Martin thinks this might be a problem
with my mobo and kernel 2.6.10-1.770 and suggests that it is fixed it
2.6.11. I tried compiling a 2.6.11 kernel only to see failure. That
was a month or so ago. I have since given up on that until FC4 comes
out. I will be buying an IR keyboard from LITE-ON. I can program
that with my universal remote and boom, no more going to a corded
keyboard!
