[mythtv-users] nuvexport cut only with synch problem

Its likely a framerate problem, play around with the framerate setting
in the command line that invokes the app that encodes the video, since
its likely set to handle the framerate that your pvr-250 runs at.  The
command line will be in one of the nuvexport perl files somewhere.
