i'm using:

xine -f -I -V xshm --audio-driver alsa --no-logo --no-splash dvd://

and it seems to work pretty good for me.

is there a way to get xine to use the 350's decoder?  or does that only 
work with mplayer?  i'd much rather have the dvdnav support that xine 
offers ...
