I wondered the same thing, as I am still on 0.16.  So I did what was 
suggested by someone earlier.  Set my TZ to an hour later.  Atlantic 
standard time in my case.  Jamaica was an option, so I chose it. (I can 
dream can't I?).  It works fine that way.  The time on the machine will 
still be the correct time for you given time zone.
