Just chiming in to say I'm having the same problems.  I'm in the Eastern
timezone, and all my listings are wrong by 1 hour.  So the 11:00 programs
are listed as starting at 10:00. I noticed the problem Sat about 10:00.  I
thought just running mythfilldatabase with the refresh-today would fix it
but it didn't.  I checked www.zap2it.com and the site has the programs with
the right time.  My ntp adjusted the time accordingly and my time zone is
set correctly.
