I see the problem. I fixed this last night, and it should be fixed in the
current copy of the beta. The problem that I fixed was the -f 25,4 should read
-f 25,3. Although I don't see that parameter in your command-line. Bear with
us, as neither Chris or I are in PAL-land, we have likely missed some tweaking
that will be needed for PAL transcodes.

Hmmm. What's the version string of transcode itself?

Oh crap. That's another problem completely. :) It looks like we missed "/"
in the filename translation. You can't have a filename with / in it...

See above. The / means subdirectories. We will fix this pronto.
