This "poor" soul's cable modem is contributing to one of the Internet's 
biggest problem today.  If he is unaware that is boxen is sending out 
spam, then this will be a wake up call.  If he is fully aware and is 
using his connection to the Internet in a malicious manner, then at the 
very least his cable modem should be taken away.
