That will never work the way it sounds like you want it to.  The CC text is
not synchronous with the audio, but rather lags and leads it all the time.
Censoring audio based on CC text is a losing proposition. :)

If you're that concerned, don't watch shows with cursing in them at all.  The
technological fix never works as well as the human one.
