True if trying to get a greenlight for the PVR-250 from the wife.

Meaning you would have to use the framebuffer and your CPU and would get 
a tearing effect occasionally.

Therefore, the PVR-250 or PVR-250MCE or M179 is your best bet, but you 
could still use a frame grabber (BTTV-based design) if you really want 
to save the money.
