[mythtv-users] options disable in nuvexport

The module checks for the following:

tcmplex or mplex
yuvscaler
yuvdenoise
toolame
dvdauthor
growisofs

I appologize for disabling the module without giving it a way to say WHY 
it is disabled.  The next version will be smarter about that.
