All of the themes included with the core distribution do have the
recording options screen...  All the others *should* already have one
(or have oine within a day or so)  if they're being activly
maintained.  That screen was in quite a while before .16 came out.

There's actually few more things theme developers need to take into
acount with .16 aside from just the new screen.  Hopefully, I got them
all documented in the release notes.
