After you apt-get update & apt-get dist-upgrade, you need to run an
apt-get update once more to get the package lists from all the repos.
(The package-config rpm uses only a few repos). You need to temporarily
enable the experimental section for ivtv since FC2 uses a 2.6 kernel.
There's a 2.6.8-rc2 based kernel in the testing section it's listed as
kernel-2.6.7-1.499_7.rhfc2.at.i686.rpm
