[mythtv-users] Add file types

In Utlities/Setup-> Setup->Media Settings-> Videos Settings -> File
Types, how do I add a file type?  I can see the New button, but I can't
do an Alt-N for New to add a file type to ignore.  I'd like to ignore
the MDS files that get extracted when I rip a DVD at my Windows PC.  I'm
not sure if I need the MDS files, but they don't take up much room and I
don't really mind if they are there, I just don't want Myth to display
them.
