I have been running my Mythbox for a few months now but last night It seems
the backend died. I went to watch TV and it said the backend crashed. I
started the backend up again and it crashed shortly there after and finally
I rebooted the system but it only crashed almost immediately. I get a dump
to the log file but I don't know what it means!!

Starting up as the master server.

Thou?" recorded from channel 1048 at Thu Oct 28 23:14:00 2004

And on and on.

The only thing I find weird about this is "recorded from channel 1048".
That's not the channel I recorded this on. But maybe that is an Internal
numbering system in the program.

Anyway, that particular recording seems to have a lot of pauses in the
video. Audio seems fine but video pauses every now and again. I haven't
check other recordings yet. Mind you with the backend constantly crashing
its been hard.

Anyone know where to look for this solution or if someone has encountered
this problem. My system specs are below:

*	Asus P4P800-E Deluxe
*	512MB DDR
*	2x 80 GB Seagates
*	Hauppage PVR-350
*	Fedora Core 2 [Linux version 2.6.8-1.521
(bhcompile at tweety.build.redhat.com) (gcc version 3.3.3 20040412 (Red Hat
Linux 3.3.3-7)) #1 Mon Aug 16 09:01:18 EDT 2004]
*	Mythversion:  version: 0.16.20040906-1

Your help is appreciated

Thanks

Dez
