[mythtv-users] HD activity at begining of recording

Turning off swap didn't make any difference.  I still get the HD
activity causing the freezing/skipping at the begining of most
recordings.

It seems to be only the ones where it recorded another show immediatly
before it (which is actually most of them).  I still strongly suspect
the commercial flagging process.  Is there a way I can turn that off?

If i'm watching a recording in progress I can still press Z on a
commercial and it does a pretty good job of finding the end of the
commercials, if I disable commercial flagging will that still work?
