[mythtv-users] newbie ... need help setting live tv .. no sound

I could be wrong. But i am under the impression that if i use ALSA, i
will not be using /dev/dsp. I am able to play music using xmms and
mplayer using ALSA:mixed-analog as the audio device.
But I will try what you said when i get home.
