[mythtv-users] nuvexport

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but if I use nuvexport do I then 
get an export file with some of the metadata in a separate file or 
included in it?

I currently have a lot of recordings and the metadata makes it easy to 
find the program I'm looking for and I'm wondering if I can get the 
same easy access when I play them vis mythvideo after the nuvexport.

Any insights or pointers to where I can find more info?
